Damian Finio

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Finio assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in November 2020, bringing with him more than 29 years of financial management experience. He began his career in public accounting at KPMG LLP before spending nearly 14 years in a variety of financial roles of increasing responsibility at AstraZeneca. After leaving AstraZeneca, he led finance departments at other pharmaceutical companies including as VP Finance, Daiichi Sankyo Pharma Development, Chief Financial Officer, West-Ward Pharmaceuticals, SVP Finance, Heritage Pharmaceuticals, Chief Financial Officer, Virtus Pharmaceuticals and, most recently, Chief Financial Officer of Teligent, Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer and distributor of topical pharmaceutical products in the United States and injectable pharmaceutical products in Canada, from February 2018 until October 2020.

Mr. Finio holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, and is an (inactive) Certified Public Accountant and (inactive) Certified Treasury Professional.
