PhibroADY is a specially selected Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain, developed specifically for fuel ethanol and beverage alcohol production. PhibroADY converts glucose to pyruvate through the Embden-Meyerhof-Parnas or glycolytic pathway and then to ethanol by fermentation.
