Mona Desai

Vice President and Corporate Controller

Ms. Desai joined us in April 2011 as our Director of Financial Reporting responsible for corporate consolidations and external reporting. In March 2018, she assumed additional responsibilities as a Division Controller and in September 2021, she was promoted to Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining us, Ms. Desai spent 10 years at Merrill Lynch where she was engaged in all aspects of consolidations and SEC reporting. She holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Rutgers University, and an MBA, Accounting/Finance from Regis University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
