Todd Armstrong
President, North America Region
Todd Armstrong joined Phibro as Vice President, US Ruminant Business in 2020. He was promoted to President, North America Region in January 2025. Todd’s career has been focused within the global animal health and nutrition industries. Prior to joining us, Todd was the Vice President of North American sales, operation and strategy at DSM from 2017 to 2019. From 2000 to 2017, Todd worked at Elanco Animal Health where he occupied global senior leadership roles across multiple functions including commercial, R&D, regulatory, government and scientific affairs. Todd received his B.A. from Lipscomb University, and he received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in the Department of Animal Science at North Carolina State University. In addition, he obtained his M.S. degree in agricultural economics from Purdue University and his M.B.A. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a Fellow in the American Society of Animal Science and was the past recipient of the Outstanding Young Alumni Award from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at North Carolina State University.
